The hotel offered a convenient location near shops and restaurants. i especially liked the glass of champagne with a snack in the lobby bar each afternoon. the restaurant was nice. I had breakfast there and the food tasted fresh.

the bathroom window was not cleaned . i noticed water stains on the first day. i received a housekeeping reminder too early around 12:30 pm. the kettle and hair dryer seemed like they needed replacing with new models.

the breakfast buffet was a real disappointment. there were very few items available and only a small selection to order from the menu. my room felt cramped because of a large computer desk. it took up too much space and blocked the window view, i found it hard to move around with my luggage.

the location proved convenient, situated adjacent to a subway entrance. my room offered ample space and modern amenities. the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and i greatly valued their immediate call regarding a forgotten valuable item i had left in the safe.

i observed that some gym equipment required maintenance. This limited the range of available exercise options.

the location was superb with a metro entrance right outside i found ginza easily accessible and shopping easy. each afternoon champagne and snacks was in the lobby bar i felt special while listening to classical music. the room also had a beer vending machine just outside the door it was very unique. the breakfast buffet was lovely i enjoyed the fresh food options each morning

the gym only had treadmill equipment i would have liked more variety for a complete workout
